Performance for all audiences

Walkabout performance

Are you in a hurry? You probably are, because these days everyone is rushing around and nobody has time for anything. But what if we could live in a city at a pace inspired by the natural life we’ve lost touch with?

El batec de la memòria [ The Beat of Memory ] is an artistic creation born of the need to reconnect with calm, with shared memory, with the living heritage and the emotional landscapes that are part of our everyday lives. The title refers to this underlying and collective pulse that runs through generations at a deep and steady pace, reminding us of where we come from, but also of where we might go.

Inspired by Gaudí’s symbolic and organic universe, and by natural forms that remind us we are part of a whole moving at its own pace, the performance unfolds as a sensory, dreamlike and visual journey. Shapes, shadows and music become channels through which memory emerges as energy in motion. It is a call to listen to the city from within and to live our urban lives at a more natural pace.

With a walkabout format designed for public spaces, El batec de la memòria is a production open to all audiences, inviting us to relive heritage through imagination, art and shared experience.
