Gastronomy. Under the slogan ‘Revisiting tradition’, the fair will be looking at how culinary legacy drives new ways of cooking, serving and entrepreneurial activity.
Gastronomic Forum Barcelona, the hospitality and food service sector fair, moves to the Fira de Barcelona Gran Via site and is being held from 2 to 4 November.
The event is set to bring together over 450 exhibitors, some 12% more than 2025.
The programme is an invitation to reflect on the capacity of culinary heritage to inspire new gastronomic options. The fair will bring together 140 outstanding food professionals from home and abroad. Over the three days, chefs, producers, craftspeople and specialists will be sharing experiences, knowledge and demonstrations on the main recipes and opportunities facing the sector.
This reflection will take shape through an extensive programme of presentations, cookery displays and debates for professionals that look at tradition through very different perspectives, from the recovery of local produce and books on popular recipes through to their reinterpretation.
