Just 19 years old, Mushkaa (Irma Farelo) has become one of the foremost emerging voices on the new urban scene. This talented artist represents a generation that combines the classics from reggaeton, dancehall, trap and R&B with extraordinary freedom to explore new sounds, trends and ways of writing their lyrics.

Her playlists include an eclectic mix of tunes from artists like Joan Manuel Serrat, Estopa, Yung Beef and Kaydy Cain. With the support of her producer Roots (Pau RUZ) and just two songs released on digital platforms, Mushkaa has been recognised by Spotify in its EQUAL Programme, which promotes the visibility of new emerging talents.

Irma Farelo defines her way of making music as a highly personal form of expression that connects with her listeners through aggressive, personal and nostalgic melodies and rhythms. In her concert at 2023 BAM, she will present the tunes she has shared during her one-year career to build a base of passionate fans who are sure to stick with her in the amazing future that awaits her.
