France. Circus and music. Barcelona premiere

Have you ever seen someone doing acrobatics on a bicycle? Well, that’s what the members of La Bande à Tyrex do: a type of musical bicycling ballet performed by nine artists. They twirl and twirl, pile up, intertwine and mix in a swarm of wheels and a display of effervescent vitality. In this acrobatic and musical competition, La Bande à Tyrex use the discipline of trick cycle and develop it in infinite forms, themes and balancing acts during a show that is relaxed, generous and full of tenderness, just like the performers themselves. 

La Bande à Tyrex have been working together since the first trick cycle convention in 2014 at La Cascade, Centre Nacional d’Arts Circenses de Bourg-Saint-Andéol. Today, they continue to further their collaboration beyond the technical aspects through collective investigation and exploration of this discipline.
